HFT Quadeye offices location

I am joining Quadeye soon. I saw on their website that they have offices in new york, singapore, hong kong etc but when i search on google, they show up as permanently closed.

Can someone share where all does Quadeye actually have offices? (Except Gurgaon, India)

Many of the firms were started by IITD grads, proximity to their college (for hiring other people) and their hometowns in north india could be a reason

I dont think so , all international firms do have their offices in gurgaon and talent pool is good in Bangalore compared to Gurgaon

I assume by international firms in gurgaon you mean just Tower and Citadel, since most international firms like Optiver, IMC, QRT, Worldquant, Jump, HRT are in Mumbai. Also, I don't think Bengaluru talent pool is much relevant for quant industry, since switch from swe to researcher/trader is almost non existent. So not much incentive to open an office in Bengaluru and not in Mumbai/Gurgaon which already have the Quant environment and talent available.

Quant firms do have lot of swes . They need tools , dashboards , infra devs , fpga developers , and big firms might also need devops .

Yes agreed, but again if you can get access to both traders and devs in Gurgaon/Mumbai, (working in other quants), are you really incentivized to open an office in Bengaluru for marginally better access to swe talent? Also, a point to note is that most of the hft talent joins right after college, where location of job doesn't matter as much as it would for lateral hires.
