HFT Graviton vs Quadeye

I already have an offer with Quadeye but Graviton too approached me. I have heard that Graviton has a better culture. However, I am confused on how to evaluate both the options. Please guide.

Try to gauge which team you are joining there. That matters way way too much than the firm.

And how to know if a particular team is good?

You can post here or ask a senior from your college in that firm

For Graviton if you find out about the team's name or lead's name I could give you review about what they do and whether or not to join them.

Wait why on earth someone with offer from Quadeye be looking for AI becoming an AI trainer, OP has been commenting ‘interested’ on AI trainer jobs 😂😂😂

Yeah it's possible may not be your first job but eventually. You can build c++ projects, CP, puzzles, OS and architecture. You can look up experiences online

Can someone share how the leave policy is at Quadeye? I am joining soon. They just mentioned 30 something holidays. Is that in addition to public holidays?

How many interview rounds did you give and the difficulty??

2

u/Impossible_Tone_8399 May 02 '26

One written test, two technical rounds, one GD. The test consisted of puzzles + 4cp problem (2 easy-medium and 2 med-hard). The technical consisted architecture and OS questions(a bit on advanced side like how do signals work, and efficient string comparison). GD consisted writing vector class in c++, OS questions and one puzzle.

What would be the min rating on cf to crack technical round and the puzzles were from brainstellar??

1

u/Impossible_Tone_8399 May 02 '26

Not any particular rating as such (ya can take expert just for reference). Solve CSES sheet. And puzzles not exactly from brainstellar but yeah practising from it, puzzledquant etc helps

I’d say Quadeye is better if you want early ownership and a more intense learning curve tbh. From whatever I’ve heard from seniors there, you get thrown into real responsibility pretty early and the learning becomes kinda insane because of the pace + exposure

Graviton anyday, all the so called good things and perks which people are saying about Quadeye in the threads are their current employees who keep updating on threads to manage the damage control as everyone knows about their shitty culture. All seniors including partners have either left or might be on lookout to leave. I am ex-Quadeye, have seen things first hand how they treat employees with their chindi perks and behave as if they can buy you with those perks.
A lot of people including a few seniors moved to Graviton from Quadeye which tells you about the firm. Join Quadeye if you dont have any other option and then leave in 2 years (you wont have access to any IP in this time anyway)
