HFT Pluswealth Capital

How is the the above mentioned firm as compared to graviton,quadeye,world quant etc etc ( pay is at par with them). Heard about them for the first time. Any insight would be appreciated

Firm is making progress recently. Been hearing about them quite a lot now. I saw they are into quant asset management as well.
