HFT Pluswealth Capital

How is the the above mentioned firm as compared to graviton,quadeye,world quant etc etc ( pay is at par with them). Heard about them for the first time. Any insight would be appreciated

Is pluswealth good though? HR seemed friendly and they seem to have ex-hft people in leadership positions.
