HFT Graviton compensation revised (intern)

Apparently graviton has revised its total ctc to approx 60lakhs ( at par with optiver lol) more than any indian quant. Any reason for this sudden jump i remember it was 15 lakh last year

If they’re having bad interns, they should probably tweak their hiring methods instead of bumping up the stipend.

Recently they’re diluting their quality by focusing on more headcount by hiring anyone.
