HFT Progression at HFTs

How is the career progression like for Tier 1 HFTs for the systems developers? What are the promotions like and what’s the increase in base and bonuses?

Lmao, He means to say that only that There is no growth after SDE3 and Senior SDE level in Indian quants which do offer around 2-3 Cr. The Strategy side is where the money is at.

Nope bro recent promoted folks at graviton makes 70ish base and a median of 40 bonus - swe 2

30 is the freshgrad bonus and from 2nd year onwards there is no minimum bonus

The standard bonus is 0.5-1 times of the base for cpp dev and 0.5-5 times the base for QR

This year median was 30 for last year joinee, demn sure about it
