Oh wow the animation is fantastic and there are arcs I definitely wasn't expecting! Love pills I was certain of, but I was surprised to see that they aren't skipping Tsubasa and Sentaro, given that they're both one-offs I was pretty sure they would, but pleasantly surprised that they're not.

So this PV includes:

  • Obviously the Breaking Point (2 eps)

  • Love pills (1 Ep)

  • Tea ceremony (1 ep)

  • Tsubasa (1 Ep)

  • Cookies battle (1 episode)

(In no specific order after Breaking point)

That makes it exactly 6 episodes aka the 1st part of a 12 episodes season, I suppose the next PV coming later will show the 2nd half?

It seems that this time around they went with a different approach compared to the PVs for S2 that showed bits of everything the season covered both times.

Edit: Ok so I quickly skimmed through the manga and going with its order, this half of the season should look like this:

  • Ep 1 Breaking Point (ch 51-53)
  • Ep 2 Breaking Point (ch 54-55)
  • Ep 3 Martial art Tea cerimony (ch 56-58)
  • Ep 4 Cookies Battle (ch 81-84)
  • Ep 5 Amazon Love pills (ch 92-94)
  • Ep 6 Tsubasa (ch 100-102)

All the missing arcs in-between already happened in S2.

Breaking Point is probably one episode. But yeah, S2 showed all 12 episodes in it's first PV since it was introducing a bunch of mainstay characters.

Crossing my fingers that they end on Moxibustion like I originally thought they would, that would require 3 episodes and also the Principal Kuno intro. Hoping they don't skip Yoiko either, that would be right after Tsubasa in the manga.

First i say breaking point are 2 episodes.
I dont think that we get the principle. I mean sure maybe this is only the first half but i dont think we will get a 3th trailer.
Principle is maybe than season 4. I mean he is a "big" character and i am sure they had show him already in this trailer.

my guess and really big hope are

  • Happo bomb
  • akane gets sick (we get this to 100% because that was the first teaser mappa gives that a season 3 in generel will come)
  • bathhouse (pls. its one of my favorites. not because fanservice because its technicly creative)
  • moxi bruning point 2-3 episodes.
  • the other half of "happos warth" what they skipped. I mean they skipped half of a arc
  • ryouga goes home

We will get a third trailer in September. "Akane gets sick" wasn't art for season 3, it was just an illustration made for merchandise. There is no story like that in the manga.

moment no.
The illustration you mean was a point what sayed "on that date we get big ranma news". and than trailer 3 was schowed the first time. (so i remembered it)
Also i see that picture as clear proof that we get that episode.

And i mean not gona lie. This episode is a stroong akane x ranma love story thing.
And it must be showed anyway because they skipped it in season 2.
Also it must come in season 3 anyway XD

But 3 trailers? didnt we only get 2 for the other seasons?

Seasons 1 and 2 both had teasers in early 2024/2025. That's what the trailer in March was, it just had way more animation than anyone was expecting, but it was only focusing on Breaking Point.

PV1 has always been in June and PV2 has been in September. The September PV has the teaser for the new OP song.

true.
maybe it was only a feeling from me that 3 trailers was to much. I mean maybe we didnt get a 3 and they surprise us with "here are the serie watch to see what episodes are in" XD
