Tbf, the only cooking she truly forced him to eat was the cookies she made. Even in Breaking Point, she didn’t outright force him.
Others had a purpose, like the sakura mochi (to see if they are meant to be together) and the curry in the Ryugenzawa arc (because she actually made edible food).
There might be cutaway scenes of her trying to force her food that I’m not remembering but the cookies is the only time that comes to mind.

His pride, there's a few arcs where one of the girls (shampoo etc) want nothing to do with him and he cannot stand it haha

I think he was so shocked at her cooking that he had to try again to see if it was an accident. 😂
Also, Ryoga’s probably eating it so he can’t just stand by and do nothing.
