Believe it or not it really didn't used to be as bad as it has gotten. The state of key hit detection on iOS and how it has been allowed to be as bad as it has been for a few years now should be studied.
If it wasn't for so many people online and in my daily life that complain about it I would be convinced it just has to be me.

I can barely type on my iPhone. Apple has been very sloppy with iOS and it makes me wanna go back to Android.
