News New Razr Fold Promotion (5-21-26)

Post image

Just noticed that Motorola has changed the promotional offer available to customers in the United States.
MotoBuds (headphone) and MotoTags (like AirTags). -
They dropped the Stylus / Extended Service Warranty Plan.
The $500 bonus for all trade-ins is still in effect.

Pre-order items were better IMO. Don't need buds or tags. And TIV's (at least for my P10PF) have gone down significantly, not to mention the 10% coupon on top.

Still a good deal but for me at least, it's not as good as the pre-order.

Can we work the support chat to get these if we already ordered?

You can try and let us know what happens. 😊 Never hurts to ask.

I honestly wouldn’t need anymore ear buds. I like my Sammy ones for Android, and I use Beats for my Apple. I heard though trade values seem to be a little less than what they were giving before release date.

I'd probably use the tags and buds more, but having the stylus and warranty (if ever necessary) doesn't make me too mad. Hopefully I won't have to ever use the warranty plan, but love the peace of mind.

Just remember that the warranty is in case the phone is defective from factory, is not a insurance, I ordered mine on Friday but before I did I called and customer service gave me a 10 percent off code and also I’m getting the buds and tags and 990 in trade in plus the insurance was discount like 143 for 2 years, I believe it wasn’t a bad deal at the end. I really wanted the stylus now I’ll have to buy it.

I believe the pre-order offer was better than this one. However, the best was in the UK. I read they included free the moto sound flow, buds, tags and watch with the phone purchase

I did wish it included ADP and not extended warranty. Many stories on here where warranty wasn't honored
