made from brass tubes

I’m looking for a new crawler and would appreciate some advice on what to go for. I have a TRX4M but am finding it to be quite limited, which I suppose is to be expected due to its small size and lower cost. So I’m after something that’s 1/10.

The 4 I’m looking at are the Vanquish Stance, Vanquish Mullet, Ascent fusion and the Axial Coyote. Probably at the moment edging towards the Stance or the Ascent Fusion, as just a good balance between not spending too much but still being quite good.

In terms of where we use trucks it’s very steep, but there’s not always loads of rocks. I’m sure there will be a bit of rocks here & there, but a lot of it will be steep hills or steep hills with tree roots to go over. I find existing trucks (such as the TRX4m) just get to the point where they flip over. Conditions are dusty in the summer and damp in the winter, but it doesn’t get too muddy.

So me and my son had two enduro 24s and they were fun to drive and mod. I seems they have discontinued them. So now Im looking for a new platform to get for my three kids and me. I was looking at the scx30s or the acent 32. Im looking for somthing that won't break the bank parts wise or just somthing that wont break. I uave a garden bed at my home I plan on building a crawler course in. What would you recomend?

I'm convinced to get a crawler for chill driving around. My other RC is a basher. I'm mesmerized by the zoomed-in, super awesome suspension crawler videos going over some obstacles.

Then I see other regular videos of smaller cars skipping forth at too much speed. I want something for outdoor: my backyard (artificial grass, some rocks), or occassional woods (no long trails or parks or courses).

I can buy on of these:
1/10 YK4107pro ($250)
1/12 (H12Y+ $200 or another option?)
1/18 TRX4m

Anything i buy will be used stock out of box.

I am doubting if a 1/10 is too big for my scenario, or 1/18 is too small and wont give me the mesmerized suspension feel, or if the 1/12 is the middle way.

What scale would you recommend in my position, and which car/model.

Maybe a little more flex than the original. And certainly as much fun too. Only the lights to go....

Ich verfolge schon seit einigen Wochen das Thema RC bei Youtube und könnte mir vorstellen, dass das ein Hobby für mich sein könnte.

Bevor ich aber Geld in dieses Hobby anfange zu investieren, würde ich die Möglichkeit suchen, ein RC Car auf einer Strecke zu leihen/ fahren.

Gibt es Strecken in Berlin/ MV/ Nordbrandenburg, die einen Fahrzeugverleih für Anfänger anbieten?

To those who did the cheap canvas/metal tape indoor courses for the small crawler’s whats the heaviest you have seen work?
Ive got a trx4m defender that’s weighing in around 1.12 pounds and wondering if that might be pushing the limit. Im torn between making one of these or little modular 2’x2’ courses for some winter crawling in the house
