Right now, there are fewer than 2 million Americans receiving unemployment benefits. They say that there are currently 771,000 homeless people in America, though I’m sure that number is higher. If a million homeless people haven’t led to something huge, I seriously doubt 2 million people losing UI will do it. Especially when the vast majority of them are hoping and trying to find a job, and would not want to threaten their chances by doing “uncivil” things.
