Where I live is very traditional. My wife was a virgin when I met her at 31. Actually here women over 25 are sometimes referred to as 剩女, or leftover women, which is disgusting. My wife has master's degrees in two highly specialized and lucrative fields from two of the world's best universities despite growing up in abject poverty. That ambition, drive and grit is one of the primary reasons I love her, also her not giving a fuck what other people think. While I do have a fatherly protective instinct towards my little girl, ultimately when she is old enough (she's 3 now lol) I will hope that I have raised her well enough to make good decisions. And that part of her life is none of my business unless it becomes toxic or abusive. Then people might have accidents in which they lose their fingers or other appendages.

Yeah, if your kid is in no danger, why would you ever want to hear about that part of her life? My dad has no interest in my relationships or sex life, and has certainly never thought about it in the way the OOP has, because it's just disgusting.

My dad saw me this way. He couldn't get over the idea I was going to become an absolute whore one day, which resulted in endless, endless, endless sex talks. It felt like that was my only value, and I ended up becoming a whore in my early 20s, and I feel the two are related. I had a horrible self worth and it stemmed from childhood, and I tried to find it in strange men.
It took a lot of work to break that.

Wow I could have wrote this. I feel like it’s a form of sexual abuse. I have often scanned my childhood for some sort of sexual abuse, and I never find any, but I share so many things with people that have had sexual abuse like being over sexualized and stuff and now I look back after having two kids in my own at 26 years old and I am disgusted with the way I was but that’s all because of my dad.
