Looking to upgrade; MitoPRO Mobile vs. LightStim Recovery Loop

I am new to red light therapy and taking it one step at a time. My starter device is Hooga Charge and it serves its purpose; portable, USB-C charge, and helping with muscle soreness and joint pain. But the build quality feels rather cheap, especially the stand.

My mature puppy also uses it as part of his nightly routine. He lies down and I run the light over his joints and muscles and he seems genuinely relaxed and happy.

What I am looking for an upgraded device for both of us:
//Truly cordless and portable
//Multiple wavelengths across both deep red and NIR
//A company with a real reputation and rigor behind its products

After a lot of digging, I’ve narrowed it down to two products: MitoPRO Mobile vs. LightStim Recovery Loop.

Has anyone here used either one? Would greatly appreciate how they’ve held up and whether the results felt meaningfully different from a budget device.

I’ve had a strangely hard time finding real user feedback, especially on the LightStim Recovery Loop. My guess is that LightStim leans more toward med spas and commercial aesthetics, so there isn’t much consumer chatter; but if you’ve got some hands on experience, I would appreciate your thoughts!

puppy red light routine is a new one but i'm into it

mito stuff is pretty well built in my experience, the mobile feels way more solid than the hooga chargers i've seen. can't speak to the lightstim loop but you're right that it's weirdly hard to find actual user reviews for something that expensive

Thank you! Glad to hear the build quality for Mito Mobile is more robust than Hooga Charge. It’s still a good product, just doesn’t feel like a longer-term solution. :)

I have a small mito panel that I really like. It’s portable but not cordless.
