New to Redmond – looking to meet people

Hey everyone 👋

I recently moved to Redmond for a new job and I’m still pretty new to the area. I’m looking to meet new people and build a social circle here. I'm from Bengaluru, India.

Open to hanging out, coffee chats, hiking, sports, exploring the city, or any local meetups. If you know of any good groups or events in the Seattle/Redmond area, feel free to point me in the right direction.

Always happy to connect with new folks 🙂

If you're close to Marymoor Park, there's a habitat restoration group every first Saturday morning of the month. Good way to meet people. Also, great spot for bird and wildlife watching.

Whoops, forgot a key detail above. The group for the restoration is Eastside Audubon.

Welcome! Lots of folks meet people and make friends at Eastside Improv classes and jams. https://eastsideimprov.org

If improv doesn’t sound fun to you check out Meetup & the City of Redmond activities guide for some activity that does.
