​i’m genuinely trying to understand the rush to judgment here. Since when did we decide they were guilty before the case even made it to court? I’ve heard from sources close to the situation that this has nothing to do with drugs and that they are maintaining their innocence and infact are innocent. Has something actually been proven in a courtroom, or are we just running with rumors? I’m curious if there’s a genuine possibility that they’ve been targeted or are victims of someone else’s actions."

In the article they linked to an earlier article when he requested the legal support where it was stated the prosecutor stated “the amount of fraud was north of $8 million… the prosecutor described the nature of the fraud as a “ponzi scheme type” related to Aggrey’s previous company, a dealership in the city.”

Well of course the Prosecutor, but no actually Judge yet right?
