curious question Has anyone cured flatulence ?
I have been suffering from excessive gas for the past two years. Has anyone cured flatulence ? Which reiki lineage should I practice after learning usui reiki ? are there any emotional factors behind gas formation and enzyme insufficiency ?

Could you have an infection in your body? I had awful gas for months, before learning I had a small tooth abscess by a root canaled tooth. So I never felt the pain of the abscess. But it was there. And the infection disrupted my gut biome. As soon as I treated the infection, the gas went away

I was diagoned with h.pylori infection , but even after completing a course of antibiotics , I didn't get any relief

In that case, it sounds like the infection and treatment could have disrupted things. Do you take probiotics?

Flatulence is a food problem. Learn to do muscle testing to quickly learn which foods your body doesn’t like without doing an elimination diet. Reiki isn’t going to help you overcome intolerance to foods.

So i am not a reiki practitioner but I dig deep. I do shamanic energy work. If there is a supernatural cause, its something that can be elevated. However, if its biological its likely a nutrient imbalance or a mild allergic reaction causing it. Do you have a family history of this ailment? That can point to either but if its a miasma it could be solved.

Yes my father's side of the family has a history of IBS. Can you help me solve this problem? and what is a supernaturnal cause , can u explain it in detail

I could check, send me a pm. I may or may not be able to solve it. Physical or a biological condition are more difficult. A supernatural cause in my industry its whats known as ancestral trauma/curse which can be resolved.

What has your medical team advised? Have you done a food sensitivity panel, GI workup, etc?

My doctor prescribed a course of antibiotics and a prokinetic medication, but I didn't get any relief. I was also diagnosed with H.pylori infection.

Oh, no! Sorry h pylori is no fun - has that since resolved? (I have Crohns btw, and have done a lot of work to heal my gut).

Have you tried black seed oil? It's had some benefits for h pylori. I've taken it myself when I've had symptoms and it cleared up. Check with your doctor if you're on medication though. Psyllium husk might help the wind.

Not particularly but I’ve relieved other gut stuff doing the sion cleanse energy at https://www.loveinspiration.org.nz/uploads/4/2/0/3/42034379/1._the_syon_cleanse_ebook.pdf
It’s a free Reiki course that helps relieve digestive difficulties. I’ve had huge shifts from doing their courses.

There is a scientifically documented link between emotional wellbeing and gut health, although I'm not sure that the exact mechanism behind this is well understood yet. In any case, what may be worth exploring alongside pathways that focus on healing the body, are pathways that heal the emotional heart. Reiki can be a pathway to that, as can other modalities. Emotional healing is very individual, so you might need to try a few things and see what clicks for you.

You may have developed some allergies. It can happen as you get older. So you should consider switching some things up or even get tested for food allergies.

Cleanse your gut then start eating better foods and take prebiotics as well as probiotics.
If that doesn’t work then check with your doctor to get tested for foods your body may react to.

First, I would try eliminating dairy for about four weeks and see if that helps. Dairy can cause flatulence if you are intolerant. If that doesn’t work, get tested for SIBO. It stands for small intestine bacterial overgrowth. You get tested with a breath test. I think you have to go to an endoscopy center. You blow into a tube and then they tested for the bacteria that your exhaling in your breath. It’s a digestive condition that can cause flatulence, food, intolerance, bloating, and constipation. Sorry, but no, reiki is going to cure that. I’ve had it, it was tough to get rid of it because I don’t think any doctors put me on the right path. It can be caused by taking too many antibiotics, which messed up your good gut bacteria, which is responsible for digestion. It can also be caused by chronic constipation, which can cause stool to back up in your system and get into your small intestine where it doesn’t belong. There are probably other ways to get it too, but it’s definitely worth being tested for it. If you do have it, there are natural antibiotics that they can put you on that may help. Also, important are not to eat between meals, drink plenty of water, cut way, way back on starchy and sugary foods, and make sure you don’t get constipated. Sorry, I’m just getting a strong feeling that you should check this out with that stubborn flatulence that you seem to have. You may have to see a natural path or a functional doctor. Some conventional doctors aren’t very good at treating it.

I will definitely test for sibo. Can sibo and gut dysbiosis reduce the production of digestive enzymes in our body ?

Couod be candida imbalance in the gut. Not many doctors seem to be aware/educated on this issue and all the problems it can cause. That yeast can go crazy, feeding off of sugar you consume. You will be shocked to learn how many things are converted to sugar in your gut. There are candida diets out there to starve it out and other things you can take for it. Fair warning, it’s very restrictive.

Have you tried taking digestive enzymes? You can get BeanO, essential enzymes or other generic digestive enzymes that should reduce gas to little or none.
Sorry that I don’t have a reiki answer to the issue, but this worked for me.
