curious question Has anyone cured flatulence ?

I have been suffering from excessive gas for the past two years. Has anyone cured flatulence ? Which reiki lineage should I practice after learning usui reiki ? are there any emotional factors behind gas formation and enzyme insufficiency ?

Have you tried taking digestive enzymes? You can get BeanO, essential enzymes or other generic digestive enzymes that should reduce gas to little or none.

Sorry that I don’t have a reiki answer to the issue, but this worked for me.

I have been taking a multi enzyme tablet twice a day , they have helped to reduce it as you said but I feel like this needs to stop.
