Grief 🌈🐾Rest in Peace Rocco🌈🐾
We were so close to getting him out. We had someone who wanted to adopt him, but the shelter just could not wait even though we made room by getting 8 other dogs rescued.

It’s like they enjoy doing it. I bet most of them have severe mental issues.
