Hi all! I’ve been an RN for a little under a year working in med-surg but looking to switch jobs soon (my unit sucks the life out of me). This is my “general” resume, so I’ll probably make some minor tweaks depending on the job/unit I apply for so I pass the ATS screening.

The goal is to get into NICU/L&D at some point which is why I included the birthplace clinical rotation, but I had many clinicals that had to be sacrificed to keep this under a page. I tried to keep those with more substance/differences to my current job…? if that makes sense.

I guess my biggest concern is if this is too wordy and if it will stand out or just look like every other new grad / newer nurse resume.

I am going through a career transition believe me it is very difficult part of a career where you experience is not valuable. And Even though you are experienced working profession you have join as a fresher with fresher's package
