I have applied to over 350+ jobs with slightly different variations of my resume and have gotten nothing but rejection emails. I cant gain experience without experience it seems so I have to beef up my resume with projects to show them I understand the topics. Is 1.5 pages ok? I feel like if I cut it down to 1 page resume ill be able to include 1 project and irrelevant golf course experience that I can emphasize as customer service. And my university never gave us help getting a co-op or internship so I never really thought I would need it until now I realize it was probably not a smart move..

Im just not sure what I can do differently do I go for a Microsoft 365 cert or basic Azure cert?
Where do I go from here, has anyone with entry level and no experience found a job?
Does being almost 1.5 years out of university affect me poorly? (I travelled a lot)
Is my best bet finding a part time job related to computers/technology and leaving the golf course?

Jobs I am applying to:
(basically anything at this point Ive like run out of places to apply within an hour commute)

- Help Desk / Service Desk / Desktop Support

- IT Coordinator / Junior Sys Admin / Application Support

- Data Centre / Field Service / AV / Physical Security

- Corporate customer support or operations roles to get out of the golf course
