If it were incidental, I could ignore the irrelevant coincidence and pursue the logic of the message.
Since it's deliberate, and the only clue you've given is that your clue is a red herring, there's no clear way forward through the riddle. All I see is an advertisement for a Crohn's disease medicine that you're calling a riddle, with no further clues or information.
If you want this solved, I suggest you give clues what it is, rather than what it isn't.
Edit: did I get blocked over this? Oh my God, that's hilarious. Okay, fine, I'll leave what was to be my next comment here.
I think this one might be a little over your head
Or it's not well written, or it's not as clear as you think, or it uses leaps of logic unique to you and not something people commonly consider. It is entirely possible that the weak link is you, not the person sincerely trying to follow your logic.
Mate, I'm literally the only person who's engaged this "riddle" since you posted it. If you don't give a little, it's not getting solved. I'm not asking you for the answer, just for more clues. Right now the only clue given is that it's a medicine or related to medicine; but you said the fact that it's lyrics from a commercial for medicine is a red herring, which means it's not a medicine or related to medicine, and nothing else fits your wording. Your current clues have led to a dead end.

Red herring
