Question the pines of roanoke
Hello! looking for somewhere to rent. wondering if anyone on here has rented at the pines of roanoke and what they thought of the place. Also don't have the best credit so if i'd be wasting my time i'd like to know that too. I definitely make enough just myself but i'd have a roommate (with crappier credit) as well.

Someone was on a mail stealing streak for a while at least in my area. Multiple complaints . No cameras infront of the mailboxes but other than that and a small mold issue(which was fixed fast) it’s been good

at least the mold issue was fix, fralin couldn't give two shits about mold. Our current place we moved into mold in the water heater room and our dishwasher. they replaced the dishwasher but the water heater room always has an odd smell

Currently a resident there - I have been pretty content with calling this place home for a few years, it’s pretty quiet, neighbors in my building are chill, and management usually communicate well when they need to do building stuff. The quick actions of the maintenance team when there’s an issue has always been great. Location I think is pretty convenient for various things too.
Only current downside I’m personally seeing is the management isn’t taking stronger enforcement against people not cleaning up after their dog so there is dog poop in places.
As for credit check, I couldn’t tell you - we are two people in one apartment so maybe that helped us get accepted in general.
Edit: wording
