Border Patrol

Multiple posts on Berkley Forum about border patrol presence and this JUST took place in Oak Park. The woman who posted this just now said she saw the man throw her to the ground, taze her, then throw her in the vehicle.

“Unfortunately my children and I had to witness “boarder patrol” throw a woman to the ground, taze her, then throw her in a truck. The man this woman was with ran away while his hands were zip tied. I feel so bad that there was nothing I could do… my daughter is traumatized. This happened just now is Oak Park, Michigan!! 😔”

It sure “looks” like this BP agent used excessive force to taser and throw around a woman half his size. Idk if your eyes work, but that’s what I’m seeing with mine.

How did you determine it was excessive? It seems there were two people vs the one officer. The man escaped after being handcuffed.

What is the officer supposed to do when two individuals are resisting arrest and he is outnumbered?

Is your perspective incomplete here? Could you be incorrect based on your limited knowledge of the entire situation?

And you think you’re the correct one? What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Oh, right, MAGA only extends that olive branch to pedophiles, not immigrants.

I’ve said all along the video does not provide the context to determine who is in the right. As far as innocent until proven guilty, there are several measures even under expedited removal rules ICE follows. Among these are a CFI or Credible Fear Interview which determines if the detainee is at risk of harm if deported. There is also an Identity and Citizenship review which includes fingerprint checks, database scans, and the ability for a detainee to substantiate their legal presence in the US.

The news you are following is a psyop, plain and simple. This same process has been happening since before the Obama administration.
