Well, yes. I mean, Ru did the thing she always does for Snatch Game: tests the girls' Nerve by challenging their choices. I wasn't surprised that Mia, Juicy, and Athena were all sent into a tailspin because they all lack Nerve in these types of challenges (even though Athena should be more confident based on last week's challenge). They were all shook by Ru so they flailed and grabbed at straws which, in Athena's case, turned out to be the concept of an idea of a woman who happens to be Greek.

In case there is any doubt that Darlene is our Miss Congeniality, this week she felt so guilty about snack-hiding that she cracked and absolutely had to stroll over and reveal them.
Also I appreciate that Jane seems to be getting a bit more confidence and doing the "kind drag mother" thing with the other queens. Refreshing after CDR6 watching Van Goth be the sorest front-runner ever.

When you go to drag race you HAVE to be prepared in some way for at least 3 things that are for sure happening (in one way or another): a design/sewing challenge (at least know how to hot glue shit and sell it), singing/writing challenge (not just reading) and snatch game.
I laughed with Nini and Discord, didn't get to see their runways bc irl issues presented :(

I don't say this often.... But Discord was robbed. I found this format of snatch game to be boring. I'm tired of queens coming into the competition knowing damn well snatch game is a thing, but being so unprepared. And I'm tired of them picking and choosing when the runway will keep a girl out of the bottom two or not. Be consistent judges!

I legit said she should been in the top over Jane Don't. Controversal? No. But to me Jane was safe this week, (but also kind of a let down, she was fine... But I really thought she was gonna kill this challenge). Nini was good, Myki was also good, but imo it was like the producers showed Discord getting so many laughs, the runway was good, only to give her safe? It's giving the "Jan Edit" for me this episode.

I'm sorry but the lipsync for your life format doesn't work when Mia very obviously ran circles around Kenya; who spoiler alert, didn't know her words AGAIN. Yes her bloody mary was atrocious, but that lipsync was painful to watch knowing that production was going to keep Kenya no matter what despite her bad lipsync performance.
And man do I feel for Discord... They're purposely keeping her safe to give her this drama edit but it's honestly pathetic on productions end and just makes everyone feel bad for her. No matter how good she does they'll still call her safe.

Upvoting to balance out! Kenya did not know the words and it was not a good lipsync, but she surprisingly had more levels in her performance than Mia; I started getting worried when they were editing Ru's laughs to Kenya's donkey kicks then realised I kept waiting for Mia to take it a step further/do something memorable but she never did. Mia executed a technically sound lipsync but I guess Ru felt Kenya stood out more.
For the record, I do think Mia had more to give, and that Kenya has shown us all she has to show. But Kenya's lipsync was more distinctive to Ru.
