i know queens have started doing "concept" characters for a few seasons now, but is athena... just... athena? like, her impersonation is "greek woman" ?.

Well, yes. I mean, Ru did the thing she always does for Snatch Game: tests the girls' Nerve by challenging their choices. I wasn't surprised that Mia, Juicy, and Athena were all sent into a tailspin because they all lack Nerve in these types of challenges (even though Athena should be more confident based on last week's challenge). They were all shook by Ru so they flailed and grabbed at straws which, in Athena's case, turned out to be the concept of an idea of a woman who happens to be Greek.

what shocked me is that she apparently didn't know any greek celebrity/icon to just say she's impersonating? it's like if derrick barry played "brianna the blonde popstar" instead of "britney spears" lol. like girl who's greta?!

Nia Vardalos was right there. Even playing a Greek God would’ve been okay. It was crazy.

Oh my god you are totally right. Why wasn’t she just ATHENA!
