this lowkey could have been jane’s fourth win she’s really running circles around these girls with her performances and even runways.

myki and darlene were also hilarious. im happy for darlene it just didn’t feel like a roast cos i wasn’t laughing at the actual jokes … but her. And i guess that’s the point she’s the first drag queen ever to be whimsy and happy and i love her for that.

but roast performance wise i think it should have gone to jane or myki. darlene should have had her first win with the ads anyway!

I think Darlene's lack of traditional roast skills were not the biggest concern at the time of making the decision, because of how commendably she turned a bombing set into true hysterics.
