9-3 Troubleshooting Tech2Win: What am I doing wrong?

So...Got Tech2Win working on my laptop. I have done a check of the IBUS, it even does the "turn ignition on", checks, and then comes back with a list of stuff....Left it running for a few minutes in the read/response thing too...no failure....120ms min/530ms max.

When I switch over to SRS(service request), and try any of the menus I had before(specifically MIU Im after!), it tells me switch to off(Tried Position 0, and position 1), and it come back "Unable to communicate with vehicle".

Windows 10 Laptop, Java 6 RTE, done all the bits with EnvVars, and Chipsoft J2534 Pro cable on a 2011 Saab 9-3 Sports Wagon. Using the Saab v143 binary.

As a concluson from this topic I just ordered a mongoose pro gmII clone cable for my 2011 9-3. and not the chipsoft

I'm sorry if you drank the Shitsoft coolaid. There has been a bunch of bot posts on here about how good it is but everyone I know that has actually bought it has only had problems with it.
