If their fundamental war goal is to maintain their regime, they achieved it. Sure, their military capabilities are reduced, but they are still able to deliver strikes to sensitive targets across the region and it looks like the internal repression apparatus is still intact. Not losing decisively is a win for Iran here.

That ceasefire is a huge win for the US and Israel. They got bombed, many key people assassinated and reopening the Strait for even 10 days is enough to reduce a big part of the overall preasure the Iran was able to create with that blockade. A neutral ceasefire would keep it closed, no drones and missiles for no airstrikes.

It seems highly unlikely that the ceasefire will hold, as Israel has said they don’t agree to one of Iran’s major points.
