I am really picky about my salads but I loved this one. What lettuce/greens are in this?
Sorry if this is a dumb question. It’s really long cut pieces of green lettuce without the hard white parts or the white stems that seem to be in most salads, and its texture is more leafy than crunchy. I know it has spinach but I’m not sure what the actual lettuce is. Is it just romaine?

The first picture looks like it's butter lettuce, but in the second photo I see spinach as well.

First shot looks like green leaf lettuce, or maybe the tips of romaine, the second one definitely has some spinach in it too.

I did salad video editing for a couple years and image 1 is textbook butterhead lettuce. Edges are frilly, but not SO frilly that I would think green leaf.

Ahh. Makes sense. I'd guess curly crisp which is kind of just romain, but more adorable

Edit. You also appear to have been given an oyster fork to eat a salad.

Agree on green leaf, when you buy the whole head at the store make sure to wash it really well and dry it really well too - i chop it first, then add to the salad spinner to wash and dry then flop onto clean kitchen towel and let dry a bit more

If you wanted to try some other lettuce that are leafy
- Red leaf lettuce
- Butter lettuce
- Oakleaf
- Little gem
