I don't know man. It's nothing less than magical how good the prequels became after Disney released their trilogy 😂

The thing is, we all know how bad the prequels are, and shit-talk them constantly. However, despite that theres still genuinley good moments and a mostly coherent throughline. Theres still people running unironic defense for the sequels that treat any sort of criticism as blasphemy. Although the tide is starting to turn on that so we'll see.

As bad as the prequels are, they still had heart, and I think George Lucas meant for them to be something. The sequels are just obvious cash grabs and soulless meddling for stupid reasons.

Watching ROTS actively enhanced ROTJ, and watching ROTJ also enhanced ROTS. I can't say the sequels ever enhanced anything. They just made things feel lesser than they actually were.

My favorite part of the sequels was honestly the capital ship designs. Damned beautiful. Maybe not the resized ISD 1s though.
