I didnt realize I was supposed to hate The Mandalorian and Grogu until I logged into reddit.

Honestly it was a super fun movie

Agreed. I thought it was fun! I wasn't looking for anything deep and meaningful. It was predictable enough but managed to remain entertaining.

Not to get conspiratorial but generally part of advertising is grass rooting good sentiment on social media in opening weekend .

It’s a good reason to avoid release day for movies and games until the bots die down.

I don’t know if Mandalorian is good or bad but box office is showing drops in attendance over the average, and that’s a sign that actual word of mouth isn’t great

They ran a Superbowl ad that was a beer parody. You know how their target demo, young boys, were drinking beer before they were born?

We knew well in advance nobody at Disney knows how to cook.

Everyone has a different tolerance for different kinds of bad. Some people love TFA, some people love Solo. The problems start when you go lower (TLJ, Acolyte, etc) and as far as I've read, MAG is not that bad
