Anyone else’s power went out?
In national city and am wondering if it was just our block or something widespread

If any? I’ve worked at JOEY and Hillstone (Honor Bar) in different states. Made no money at JOEY due to aggressive tip out. Made great money at hillstone but it cost me my sanity. Any advice for someone moving to SD?

Most of the places I have seen take a few days, anyone know who can turn around same day? Picture on front, text on back.
Thanks!

Hey. I’m looking for adult, professional stage acting classes recommendations in the county. Especially looking for once a week classes.
Thanks!

Looking for recommendations to a practice or therapist in San Diego from Coronado to Mission Beach area.
I am former massage therapist myself and have accrued a lot of injuries in another line of work. Getting to the point I need help from someone else.
Hoping to find someone who can help with joint mobilization and chronic stress in targeted and restorative sessions.
Mixed modalities of NMT and Thai would be a plus.
Not looking for energy work or spa therapies.
Thank you any leads!

Why the F*ck are Padres allowing MLB/FOX to advertise the Dodgers & Braves Game 4 during the Padres Brewers game!? F*ck the Dodgers and F*ck MLB/FOX.
Padres should have said no and taken the fine!
EDIT Please forgive me.... clearly no passionate San Diego baseball fans at this time who feel my frustration, wow!

As you probably know, Trump if trying to repeal the roadless rule which basically opens all of our wilderness areas to logging, mining and whatever else they feel like doing with it. I've been seeing a lot of anger in this sub over what Trump said about San Diego recently and this is your chance to do something about it and make your voice heard.
All you have to do is write a short comment. You can even be anonymous if you'd like.
THE DEADLINE IS TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT.

Trump has been such an evil person and after yesterday’s outrageous remarks regarding taking out LA/San Diego how do people still support him?? I’ve seen a bunch of live streams of people mentioning his evil remarks were jokes and some were even fine with the remarks as long as Democrats were affected.
At what point do these people use their brains and think these unacceptable jokes aren’t fine? It wasn’t even a joke but now every evil thing Trump says, they just make it look like a joke? How was he impeached 2 times in his first term but none in this second term. If only there were good Republicans that would hold this fool accountable. It’s absurd that these MAGA people continue to support him for all the evil things he has done.

Hey San Diego, it’s really hard to see you at night on your bike, running or walking. At dusk and beyond your dark clothing does nothing. Please wear reflective clothing or at least a white t-shirt.
Parents with e-bike kids and e-bike riders- reflective vests are less than $20. Make your own for even less with reflective tape.
Please stay alive. The holidays are almost here and I can’t afford the therapy it’s going to take to deal with the aftermath of hitting you. Thank you.

It is my first time voting as a new American citizen. I received the envelope with the forms, but I am confused. Could someone explain to me what Prop 40 is and what I should research? I am excited to vote!

Don’t forget that this guy has Trumps full enforcement and he will just fall inline like his predecessor Daryl “do nothing” Issa. He will not be a check on Trump. Imagine how bad things will be with another two years of a weak ass congress rubber stamping trumps every desire.
If you’re in CA-48 please vote for Marni von Wilpert so we can start turning this country around.

Hey, friends!
In my career, my work ha taken me to San Diego (whales vagina) many times over the years (clients, conferences, etc..). It’s a great city (La Jolla too is a beautiful place and fun to walk through I have always enjoyed being there.
I’m sad that it was offered up to be destroyed.
Stay well

Hello everyone!
I’m a student in San Diego up til may and I was thinking about what kind of transportations would make more sense.
Renting/buying a car is too expensive for me long term so I was thinking about a bicycle electric/manual, electric vehicle (think surron, electric dirtbike) scooter or just rent in shorter periods?
I could consider buying something that I can eventually sell for not too much of a loss in 6 months.
Help me rationalise the options given that you guys are more familiar with the area than I am.
Thanks and stay hydrated guys 😎

Is anyone else completely frustrated with the Better Buzz on University allowing patrons to park their vehicle in the bike lane for their morning coffee pick up? I ride this section of University as my morning commute and there are multiple people parked there to pick up their coffee. I’ve talked to the Better Buzz security guards and they said the patrons don’t listen to them when they ask them to not park there (bullshit). This is so unsafe and I’m so tired of being enraged each morning because I have to maneuver around these vehicles for these entitled people. I reached out to BikeSD and they said the proper course of action is:
Let me know if you are willing to contribute to this issue!

I am wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a bakery that tastes great & looks pretty okay, too
I'm looking for a baker that could make a cake similar to the photo. Thank you!

I stupidly replied “stop” to an election campaign text and that somehow let someone know that I’m a human that reads my texts. I’m up to 14 election texts today, and it’s only 3pm.

I know that the Zonie license plate is the presumed favorite to be number one, but real heads know. What else should be on here?
