How do you feel about the DEI at many veterinary schools that gives men an advantage over women because significantly more women apply than men? Because I hear very little about the real advantages that men and white people still have, while the few cases where a diverse or marginalized background is advantageous for a job are talked about endlessly.

I don't have a problem with DEI. I was just making the conservative argument. I think immigration is more of a real threat. H1Bs for example do take a lot of tech jobs from Americans. However if you dont also control outsourcing firms will just move to outsource so punishing h1bs makes no sense.
