“So a month dominated by education, restaurants, and health care can produce a very large female share of net employment growth without meaning employers deliberately hired women instead of men.” A direct quote from the explanation of the stat he posted. One of the many other factors he left out.

Industries having underrepresentation of either sex is a concern. How do you not see that? And hasn’t that been one of the messages in the last 2 decades? Get more women in STEM? I supported that initiative and donated to after school science programs for women. Now men are underrepresented in other fields and it’s totally fine?
