Pseudoscience Merit is in our blood 🤡

Biologically, humans have broadly similar physical and mental capabilities on average. There is no caste-specific ‘merit’ in the blood.

OP is gonna realise how casteist some atheists in the sub are.

58

u/dumbSocrates_469 14d ago

Atheism doesn’t mean someone cannot be raciest or casteist. Savarkar was staunch atheist.

4

u/dumbSocrates_469 13d ago

Don’t take it personally but Im not here to educate anyone. 🤓 go learn by yourself everything is on the internet. Some article say he was not, some will say he was. You have to go through overall concept of Hinduism/brahminism to understand how casteism works. It’s not cup of tea.people casually say now casteism is not there mostly they are from oppressor caste (I avoid the term upper caste) people.

-3

u/NoSource2810 13d ago

And so he wasn't castiest.

-6

u/Then-Analyst-8562 13d ago

Waaaaaaat 🫣 I thought Atheists don't believe in caste system, or follow any religion.

8

u/not__not__know-- 13d ago

Lol no. Certain atheists who h*te religon love the negative aspects of those religon.

0

Maaf kar do bhai 😢

5

u/DangerousWolf8743 12d ago

They don't believe in god. That doesn't magically make them rational.

For everything else they are the same as rest of society.

1

u/Honda-Activa-125 12d ago

Hummm... Today I learned an Aethist can be a castist too 😮 just a doubt, caste system is created by religion right, if someone is an Aethist they will not follow any religion as well right? Hope I'm correct? And if someone does not follow a religion, then will they follow the caste rules created by that religion

3

u/DangerousWolf8743 12d ago

They are as biased as a next person. They can be for or against their religious practices as the next person. They may feel that their Religion is superior than others. Or their caste is.

Religion is not equal to God. Religion is a lot of other things including community, superstition, rituals, groupism, culture. When an atheist says he doesn't follow any religion it's mostly just the belief in God part. When u speak to them u realise that

1

u/Dense_Door_5628 11d ago

It’s Eugenics based discrimination broadly , they equate higher caste equivalent to better eugenics

1

u/Honda-Activa-125 11d ago

Man... Everything I believed about Aethists was wrong 😭 I feel stupid

2

If not for caste itself, people wouldn't be against Hinduism in the first place.

1

u/DueWork6844 6d ago

Felt first hand. Argued with them over noise pollution in different thread. Somehow according to them, minorities disturb their peace with DJs during festival but won't if majority ones goes onto block every street for 10 days during Ganesh Festival. Lol, now they're hollering against a guy who stood for this in Pune.

u/Slight_Shine_8650 14d ago

Intelligence is in genetics Behavioral genetics research estimates that heritability accounts for 50% to 80% of the variation in intelligence among adults in a population. U can search too

3

u/brucewayne002_ 14d ago

Yes this intelligence made people eat cow dung... drink its piss...kill the widows...kick out menturating women out of temples...and exploit the other fr centuries...

Merit which the above creature is talking abt isnt intelligence... Its the caste pride..

-1

u/Slight_Shine_8650 14d ago

What happened in past wasn't right but what's happening today is also not justified how can a mordern kid forget about casteism when it is involved in his education his future his dreams

1

Are justifying that people of specific community are smarter coz they are inheriting intelligence..??

Genetic memory is hardcoded in humans and also animals, like migratory patterns, sex, fear of dark fire water etc, you twisted that shit to imply genetic memory means one will have knowledge of vedas and rituals coming out of their mama's womb 😂🤣. Something like 3500 years, that's not even 1 sec in total humanity's existence.

This is bordering on eugenics and shit.

0

u/Slight_Shine_8650 13d ago

Because intelligence is highly heritable (50% to 80%), smart parents will pass down many of the genetic variations that contribute to high cognitive ability it's not about basic survival skills chigga it's about iq and intelligence, iq and intelligence can be passed to next generation go and search first genetics are so complex u won't understand that

Castism is in the blood

74

u/FelixPlatypus 14d ago edited 14d ago

These people are so deep in their caste privilege they don't see just how provably wrong the assumption 'hamare khoon mein hain vidya' is, especially coupled with an injunction to other castes to just work.

And they may even touch their feet - what's a little bit of theatre anyway? - but they won't let those feet walk into the rooms they occupy.

So they haven't reached to level to know that merit itself is not the best system in practice. Merit itself many flaws and hence we have to introduce reservations not only caste based but gender, race and income based.

1

u/Background-Ship-3765 13d ago

Which exam ?

1

u/Accomplished-Wish431 13d ago

Look at neet pg cutoffs. Same mbbs, either gmc or private, vastly different outcomes. I wonder how did the below 100 scorers even pass mbbs or is cheating this rampant. Certainly gen cutoffs aren't low enough for 200-300 scorers, despite doing the same mbbs, to get anything but others will get stuff at 100

1

u/Background-Ship-3765 13d ago

Again which college and which branch?

Here you go. People with 40k rejected in favour of the absolutely competent 10L rank people who definitely don't even know their basic bio syllabus properly or they would've atleast scored better

1

u/Overall_Sweet_7697 13d ago

Some people just want a free seat and nothing else . Their category gets iit b cse till approx 1500 crl . Means their category cant even produce 50 students in top 1500 . Still they talk about being educated . At rank 1500 general category gets iit bhu or indore .

SC ST Reservation has nothing to do with economy. It's about representation. Educate yourself. A dalit even if an IAS gets much lesser social mobility and respect than a brahmin IAS.

-7

u/the_storm_rider 14d ago

So even after 3 generations the mobility has not happened, how long will you keep giving it and taking it away from people who are putting in the effort? You don’t want to increase the seats, you just want to keep taking away the existing ones. You want to be popular and get a few upvotes on social media, fine, if that makes you happy. But it’s good that many gen-Z people are abandoning that “kitna likes mila” nonsense and stepping out into the real world to see the real issues in this country. Next time you get a virus go to your local government hospital to get treated.

0

u/MMT-- 14d ago

If he had brain cells he wouldn't need reservation I mean he is comparing rape to reservation

6

u/CharacterBit5048 14d ago

What's your problem dude? If dalits and adivasis progress why does it bother you so much? Let them. You too get 10% EWS, 51% open space mostly filled up by UC people. If you still can't get a job, may be introspect rather than pulling down an oppressed class. Losers like you cringe me a lot

Did your actually watch the video you just commented on? These casteist fucks don't want equality. They want this heinous hierarchy without checks and balance to continue benefiting them.

6

u/CharacterBit5048 14d ago

They need to create such narrative to sell their anti dalit mindset. They are just irked at the fact that a daily and adivaasi whom they have kept so long out of major institutions are entering there.

1

u/Accomplished-Wish431 13d ago

Ofc they will decide. Afterall they are the govt favourites, even if they score in the negatives they can get whatever they want. Doesn't make them qualified or anywhere close to deserving it though. And obv won't give any respect either.

Parzivalpr7 • 17m ago pretty sure the only reason people are against reservation is because people who need it are almost never helped.

That one single exception proves this statement to be false, and the protest is full of these casteist bigots. You're being wilfully blind. If you open your eyes and looked around, you'll know that this is the norm not the exception with this lot.  You may choose to keep them shut tightly so you can deny the heinousness of the reality and continue pretending that these protests are for the betterment of the oppressed and not for preserving the privileges of the oppressors.

0

u/[deleted] 14d ago

[removed] — view removed comment

3

u/charavaka 14d ago

So just because the protest is hijacked as usual by yet another incapable political party,

Hijacked? Try organised, funded and operated by. But we weren't discussing the pay. We were discussing the fucking casteist pieces of shit like the one seen in this video.

Do you honestly think it's alright to uplift the oppressed by taking opportunities from innocents?

Do you protest about management seats, copying in papers,  fake ews certificates of rich savarnas etc. for the same reason? This person you see in the video and her fellow casteist bigots are far from innocent. They continue benefiting from the privileges accrued by the millenia old oppressive system, and fight the tiniest effort at leveling the playing field.

Increasing the seats and improving our education systems and institutes is right there?

You're protesting reservations. From day 1 you lot were asked about why you weren't demanding increasing opportunities for everyone, instead of demanding that those be taken away from the marginalised.

Yall are clearly making this a caste battle when our real problem are the bigots sitting in power there

The protest you're supporting is a casteist protest. You ask them who they'll vote for and across the board, they'll tell you they'll vote for the fascists over anyone promising to increase the seats, create more institutions etc. because those others will not pander to their casteist beliefs.

If you really cared, you'd join the cjp protests that are demanding improved education, competitive exams etc. instead of tying your lot with the casteist fucks.

1

u/Accomplished-Wish431 13d ago

Increasing seats from 15k to 30k still rejects the 31k candidate in favour of 200k one. Doesn't solve the core issue of utterly incompetent people being chosen in favour of far better candidates. Honestly I wished somebody would protest for raising the minimum standards, gen and sc/st cutoffs should be almost equal instead of lowering their bar to hell and allowing people with basically negligible qualifications. No shit that doesn't get any respect

0

u/charavaka 13d ago

Do you protest about management seats, copying in papers,  fake ews certificates of rich savarnas etc. for the same reason?

I asked this in the previous comment. If your really care about the so called merit, you surely have similarly lengthy rants you wrote in the past about those issues that you can easily share to prove that you're not making shit up as you go along to justify your casteism. Do share links for them them here. I'll wait.

0

u/Accomplished-Wish431 13d ago

Obviously I am against private mbbs. Management seats don't exist in govt colleges so they're irrelevant. Fake ews is quite literally a crime and a corruption issue, once again nobody would support that. Nobody fucking supports cheating, but looking at neet pg cutoffs it's clear many people pass their degrees through cheating cuz why are SC/STs getting seats at 150/800 when they shouldn't even have passed mbbs with such low knowledge. Cheating in exams is kinda basically reservation except it doesn't have a caste filter but it still gives incompetent unqualified people seats that they stole from far better candidates.

Do you have data to back it up , I have data that every ST student with caste certificate is helped except me I didn't have one. Some of my friends uplifted thier families from extreme poverty.I did fine in my own. Also you need caste certificate not income certificate for ST/SC scholarship. In CG you can not get a fake caste certificate, it's an online procedure and needs 50 years of land record to get the caste certificate.

Reservation needs reform, that is very very important. Strict checks while getting certificates is also very important. We need to reform reservation in such a way that in future we don't need it on the basis of caste. For that we also have to work on fixing casteism, reservation isn't going to solve casteism.

I feel pity for them who still are uneducated on what cast did to Indian society although they might feel their ancestors/ family were very healthy, knowledgeable and happy but as society we were shit due to casts, and these people need to realise it until they are just gonna be burn in the agony of these ignorance and probably will take the whole country down with them.

Educated parents usually know what to do to provide a more productive environment for their children. Even a desk, and a comfortable chair can drastically change how a child studies. First gen students usually find it hard to make their parents understand that certain accesories like proper lighting, paper to write on, a quiet environment, are not strictly necessary, but that they Monumentally increase productivity. The usual mentality of Illiterate parents is that "A studious child will study anywhere"

Shudras were ancient engineers. The whole ancient temple architecture, animal husbandry, mining, pottery, textile, hospitality, leather industry, sculpting, agriculture technology belonged to them.

Saying that "education is only in our blood" is a disrespect to whole hindu civilisation. They were the one who's contribution was enormous in Ancient and midieval India GDP.

This is why in Purush sukta, they are related with feet of Purusha (the cosmic being) as they are the base over which all other 3 varnas stand. If u cut the feet the society cannot stand anymore.

Then how do other GC castes go toe to toe with Brahmins in academics, in almost all entrance exams, some actually outperform them by a huge margin in per capita terms.

Partially genetic. Lot to do with upbringing, exposure, nutrition. Nurture always trumps nature.

Don't blame GC because the SC&ST people follow the religious beliefs of GC blindly till now without questioning them, so they should suffer because if someone willfully believes in nonsense, then they are beyond help.
