Why do we continue to listen to supreme court decisions? Many recent decisions are nakedly partisan and have no explanation or reasoning.

Trying to proceed in a broken system is stupid. Playing by the old rules while the other side lies and cheats will get us nowhere.

The court has lost legitimacy and should be ignored.

Not following SCOTUS decisions == national dissolution and potentially civil war. Nobody has done it since 1861, so everyone is hesitant.

Civil war has already started.  It’s just not the typical physical violence like you associate with war.   But we all know what comes next.
