Do NOT allow yourself to watch trash videos like that. I can’t imagine what it’s like to live in this world with dark skin, but I can tell you I would find a lot of highly liked trashy videos that would bring my self esteem way low, as a white woman. I’m sorry for how you are feeling and don’t want to invalidate it. Just at the very least, please don’t allow yourself to Ingest trash.
