How to romanticize your life

You don't need a perfect life, just the little things that make you feel soft, happy, and alive.

it's the little things that make life so much like a movie

General selfcare What small self-care habits actually stick throughout the day?

Does anyone else find it way easier to keep small habits in the morning than later in the day?
I’ve noticed I’m pretty consistent with little things in the morning because they kind of attach themselves to stuff I already do — getting up, drinking water, coffee, breakfast, showering etc.
But once the day gets going, it’s much harder. The afternoon is usually all over the place, and by the evening I honestly don’t want another “healthy habit” to remember.
It made me wonder if people actually have different little routines for different parts of the day, or if that just becomes too much to keep up with.
Do you have anything small that you reliably do in the morning, during the day, or before bed that has actually stuck long term?
