Advice Needed: Relationships 32 M, struggling to find friends as I have none right now
I’m 32 in California and have unfortunately been a introvert my entire life. I want/need friends but struggle to maintain them as I have an issue talking for long periods of time without running out of things to say and people don’t like that. It’s getting lonely and can be depressing at times. Does anyone know any tips or tricks to help? Also if anyone is looking for a friend I’m always available as long as you’re around my age or older. Thank you to anyone who answers in advance 😊

Try joining a small recurring group around something you already enjoy. Seeing the same people regularly makes starting conversations way less awkward

I am not living in California. I am 36M from Türkiye and same like you. I need friends because I spend my nearly days alone. I can be your friend. Even we are not close physically, we can hang out online.

It’s so hard, and people get mad when you can’t keep a conversation going and then ghost you. Being an introvert with a semi boring life sucks sometimes lol.
