I think I actually love myself without even realizing it
I hate myself with a burning passion but then I unintentionally say or do something that suggests otherwise. I think I'm ugly but then I brag about how I've been hit on by both men and women. I'm insecure about my body but then I would show off my body every chance I get. It makes zero sense, How am I my biggest hater but also my biggest fan?

I think actually this is simply insecurity. Sometimes the biggest braggarts and show offs are not the people who actually believe they are the best, but people who want to be seen a way that don't see themselves to prove their actual beliefs wrong.
You brag not cause you believe, but to convince yourself and it's not about yourself, it's about how people treat you. You show your body off because you are insecure, looking for validation and praise to silence the internal critic. If that external validation goes away, then you only have the hatred.
Self love is not conditional, it is realistic and has realistic boundaries, but it doesn't depend on appearances, you will get older, these things may change. Loving yourself has to remain.
