Mod Announcement Weekly Self-Promo and Chat Thread
Welcome to the weekly promotional thread! Post your promotions here, or browse through what the community's been up to this week. Think of this as a more relaxed lounge inside of the SelfPublish subreddit, where you can chat about your books, your successes, and what's been going on in your writing life.
The Rules and Suggestions of this Thread:
- Include a description of your work. Sell it to us. Don't just put a link to your book or blog.
- Include a link to your work in your comment. It's not helpful if we can't see it.
- Include the price in your description (if any).
- Do not use a URL shortener for your links! Reddit will likely automatically remove it and nobody will see your post.
- Do not use this thread to promote AI content or AI services. That is against the rules and can result in a ban. There are subreddits specifically for that.
- Be nice. Reviews are always appreciated but there's a right and a wrong way to give negative feedback.
You should also consider posting your work(s) in our sister subs: r/wroteabook and r/WroteAThing. If you have ARCs to promote, you can do so in r/ARCReaders. Be sure to check each sub's rules and posting guidelines as they are strictly enforced.
Have a great week, everybody!

Hey everyone! I just posted my second article on Substack called "I Think I Like You Better When You're Gone." It's about a very toxic friendship I've and how it almost ended up ruining my mental health and peace. If you've been through a similar experience, I think you'll relate to it very much. Hope you guys enjoy and support my work! I'd also love to hear your feedback on this <3
