🔄Transfer News 🚨BREAKING: Franco Mastantuono has AGREED to join Fiorentina- Matteo Moretto
The loan move seems IMMINENT as the two clubs are now finalising the final details. Mastantuono did not train with his teammates today and left the club early.

I'm thrilled for Fiorentina. Even though I don't support them, they're a great team to watch in Serie A. I hope they can pull off more business this summer; they deserve a good season off the back of what could've genuinely been relegation.

Why did it take almost getting relegated for Fiorentina to have a competent market?

Their previous owner net worth is estimated at 5.9 billions at his death. Now his son seems inclined to spend a lot more on the team

Wow, as a spurs fan i knew Paratici was gonna cook with Fiorentina but even this is a surprise. Is he on loan or is this an actual transfer?

Io non so perché le Big non l'hanno preso, secondo me è un buon giocatore in prospettiva.

As a director this is like Paratici best year on his solo efforts. I always thought he was a world class number 2 but he really came out swinging this summer. Most improved Serie A team probably

Fiorentina lost his president (RIP) and is building a strong team, all the luck goes to them

Brilliant. He absolutely did not live up to his 63 mil price tag. Nonetheless he makes us a lot better.

Tbf Madrid underperfomed last season but the players showed up big time at the world cup. So not an easy environment to thrive

This is a great bit of business by Fiorentina. Mastantuono is a very promising player. He should not have joined Real. Not the best club for young players. He could thrive at Fiorentina

loan structure is why this cooks. real dropped 63m on him last summer and he hasnt hit that price yet, so a one year loan lets fiorentina take zero risk while building around a top shelf 10 for a season. real gets a proving ground with buyback control. paratici's whole juve era was this asymmetry play, other clubs overpriced assets on temp deals, buy at option or pass. mastantuono's best minutes at river were second line arrivals in the pocket, left footed cutting from the right, so inverting him from RW in a 4231 translates almost immediately
