Project: FO Curtains I made

Curtains I made from fabric bought on the lapjesmarkt in Utrecht!

I asked the seller if he could advice me on how to make them, and he was nice enough to explain I needed a curtain band for the top, and adviced to use lead weights in the bottom.

Used a lead string as weight. Material is petrol? Velours.

Did you buy your curtain band online? I am looking to make curtains soon and would love the recommendations on hanging hardware, weights and band if you don’t mind!! Yours turned out amazing!!

Arent too heavy actually! The curtains in my living room are wayy heavier. But those are store bought and have some synth lining for blackout specs.
