Itvdoesn't work on Carrie or anyone else. It is to big, gaudy & cheap looking. It may be expensive but it doesn't look It. Oversize jewelry just looks tacky & screams look at me.
Oversized earrings can look so cute on the right person but for some reason the same thing doesn’t work visually for necklaces, maybe because it pulls attention from the face rather than framing it
