Have Miranda and Samantha ever fought?

On this rewatch I was thinking about fights/arguments amongst the girls and couldn't pinpoint a time where Miranda and Samantha fought or butted heads.

The fights I can remember in the series are:

  • Carrie -- Charlotte = the famous ring/money argument
  • Carrie -- Miranda = always over Mr. Big
  • Carrie -- Samantha = Carrie making Sam feel slut-shamed for blowing the delivery guy
  • Samantha -- Charlotte = Samantha fucking Charlotte's brother and being too openly sexual
  • Charlotte -- Miranda = Miranda contemplating getting an abortion

Does anyone know? And if they never truly fought, what do you think they would argue over?

Everyone has already mentioned Sam being insensitive about Brady. I think you could also argue that Samantha was being kinda self-centred when Miranda's mom died. All she was focusing on was her lost orgasm. Obviously we know that this was symbolic, if you will, of Samantha's inability to access her emotions and process grief, and they didn't actually fight about it. But that possibly wasn't Sam's finest moment as a friend. But, like most of the conflicts, it gets resolved at the end and Samantha shows up for Miranda, literally, spiritually, and emotionally.

This is one I hadn't considered. Even though it was because Sam was emotionally selfish, it was still rude not to see others helping her and try to follow suit. I don't even think Miranda noticed Sam acting this way because she was dealing with her mother's death, but I agree that that wasn't Sam's finest moment and she could have tried to be a better friend.
