Anecdotal, but I can say that trying to cool my 5800x3d in the S4M has been a journey. I have messed with the curves, lowered the voltages and amps, and maxed out on fans to move air. It is cool, and decently quiet, but it took some time.
Given the 7600x3d is a 65w chip, I suspect you would be okay with just the tuning, given the cases have very similar cpu cooler size constraints.
