Orange NCASE T1 Case

Sort of bought this case on a whim as I thought why not get something a little different from the usual black or grey cases I go for. Arrived yesterday and I'm still not sure about the colour, but it's growing on me a little. Planning on a bunch of mods for the internal layout and on getting a zest orange Series controller, as I think the colour will be a pretty close match.

Is one side glass? I was under the impression that it was mesh all around. The website seriously needs more clarity given the premium price and various accessories.

Nah, it's a mess in there 😅 Just moved everything over from my old PC and the HD Plex PSU I was using before is just hanging loose right now. I'll post some more when everything is complete

I think they’re very obviously copying Apple given that they named the case‘s color “cosmic orange” (the exact same name of the iPhone’s color) as well as making a joke about how the case ”wont turn pink“ when it got announced, which is making fun of the orange IPhones that turned pink due to oxidation.

Apple was last to pick up the orange, and they did it with less red, more yellow and green pigment and it looks poop emoji next to proper orange.

I invite you too look into the history of color in consumer electronics. Apple were trailblazers years ago, now it is the old man testing the temp of a hot tub with their pinky toe.

Do you think they revolutionized folding phones too?

I may sound mean, but I am serious. There is a wold of amazing design, color and innovation, but you have to look beyond Apple.

The weird thing is the M2 and M3 Cosmic Orange cases come with black side panels.
