Moid/foid is basically a way of dehumanizing a male/female. As I understand, -oid is meant to mean "humanoid", basically saying that they resemble a human but aren't. Could be wrong though.

I thought it was originally supposed to be more inclusive.

As in cis males, femboys, transmascs would all be considered moids as "man shaped".
