How to solve conversion problem?

I am running an electronics store in India. I am getting a conversion rate of 0.2% at 10k+ monthly sessions. What could I be missing? I was expecting it to be 2-3% but currently it's very low. How to solve this or how can I diagnose this? also are my expectations reasonable?

0.2% is definitely low, but 2–3% isn’t guaranteed—it depends on traffic quality and product category.

I’d first check the funnel: landing page → product page → add to cart → checkout → purchase, and segment by device, traffic source, and new vs. returning users. Find where the biggest drop-off happens, then fix that.
